We wanted to say a huge thank you for your continued support. As per government guidelines the restaurant will be temporarily closed from Thursday, 5 November for four weeks. We look forward to welcoming you back and please keep safe.

RESTAURANT INFORMATION

The Ivy St John’s Wood dress code is Smart Casual. We are unable to allow dogs in the restaurant. However, Registered Assistance Dogs are of course welcome. Our restaurant is accessible and it is located on the ground floor. Therefore, should you require restricted access toilets a member of staff will gladly appoint you to the nearest one.

Due to demand and changes in Government regulations, guests are now able to book our outdoor tables.

Please do note that should the weather change, we unfortunately aren’t able to guarantee a table inside. We will always accommodate you inside if there is availability but this is not guaranteed. We recommend calling our reservations team if it is due to rain to check if there is availability inside.

We currently have heaters on the terrace. We recommend dressing warmly outside as we approach the winter months.

Please note our reservations diary is open twelve months in advance. Reservations phone lines are open between 9am-6pm, seven days a week. Should you wish to manage your reservation outside these times, please call 020 3096 9444 and you will be transferred directly to the restaurant.

We will do our best to accommodate all table requests, however these are allocated on arrival and cannot be guaranteed.

Our bar areas are not in operation due to social distancing. We kindly ask our guests to arrive at the time of their booking as our bar area will not be currently operating as a waiting space.

We welcome children of all ages. However please do count them (including babies) into your final party size. If you would require a highchair or space for a pushchair, please do specify this at the time of booking.

All of our menus are available on our website, but should you have any specific requirements related to an allergy or intolerance, please specify at the time of your booking and our team will assist you with the menu on the day.

We are unable to process pre-payments/bacs transfers; however, we do offer Gift Vouchers on our website.

Our nearest parking is Q-Park located on Kingsmill Terrace – NW8 6AA (3 minutes’ walk from the restaurant).
